Blind Production

Most products are manufactured within three business days after your order has been finalized On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out of stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond the control of the Blind Store. In the event of a known delay, you will be immediately contacted. Blind Store reserves the right to reject any order, at our discretion.

Delivery Time

Upon receipt of your Order and clearance of your credit/debit card or check we will proceed immediately and have it shipped directly to you. Currently, most shipments arrive within 5-10 working days. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and depends on the type of product you ordered.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost within Canada is included in the product price.  For shipping outside of Canada  please contact us for rates.

Freight Damage

If your delivery arrives damaged, contact our Service Department immediately. Simply e-mail us at info@blindstore.net or call 613-265-4534 and we’ll arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

If you order different types of window treatments they may be made in different manufacturing facilities. Each different type of product is shipped separately, and therefore you may receive them at different times.

Ordering methods

Ordering quality blinds at incredibly low prices has never been easier. Follow the steps below to add the beauty and elegance of blinds to your home.

  • Select which blinds you need from our product list. Use our color and price charts to help with your selection. Note any options which you require.
  • Carefully measure each window using the instructions provided.
  • Enter your order using our  online Order Form. The “Order” button on the menu to the left of your screen will take you to this page at any time.  If you are looking for an item which is not featured on our web site, please fill out an online quote form, and we will e-mail you with a price quote.
  • After we receive your order we will contact you to confirm your order and answer your questions. At this point you will be prompted for your shipping and payment information. Your order will not be processed until this information has been submitted.

Colour samples

While we made every effort to carefully match the actual colors, please be aware that the colors can vary on different monitors. If you have any question about colors or finish, contact us for actual color samples. As each blind is custom made, we cannot accept returns for the blind color varying from what you expected.
